PERSONAL TRAINING:
Personal training sessions are 1 hour of conditioning with one of our professional trainers. The trainer will structure the sessions based on the particular needs of the client, making sure that all appropriate components of fitness are included in the program. In addition to exercise, training sessions will provide education to ensure that each client receives maximum benefit and value from each session.
Cost: $37.50/hr (30 minute sessions also available for $20)
ATHLETIC CONDITIONING:
From developmental youth athletes to the highest level professional athletes, Physical Performance has the professional trainers with the ability to help increase athletic performance. Through the bio-mechanical breakdown of sport specific skills and physical demands, we will build the most effective performance enhancing program possible. Athletic conditioning sessions are 90 minutes of high intensity sport training structured specifically for each client.
Cost: $55/sessionBOOT CAMP PARTNER WORKOUTS:
2-4 people can participate in our Boot Camp workouts together. These sessions are 45 minutes of heart-pounding fast paced physical training led by one of our trainers. Just like real Boot Camp, the structure and intensity will break the participants down and build them back up to be lean, mean, fighting machines!
Cost: $10 each per session
LUMBAR TENSION RELEASE:
Let us help with the relief of lower back tension and soreness through the use of some specialized, manual stretching techniques. After a 10 minute aerobic warm-up allow about 30 minutes to get stretched out and on the way to feeling better.
Cost: $20/session
BODY COMPOSITION TESTING:
Using a 3 site skin-fold method, we will accurately measure the percentage of body fat. Our analysis will help determine if one falls within an appropriate range and, when needed, establish some realistic short-term goals for changes in body composition.
Cost: $10/test
POST-REHABILITATION:
Physical Performance can meet all post-rehabilitative needs. We have trainers with extensive rehab backgrounds who can help our clients obtain maximal recovery from injury and surgery after initial therapies have been completed.
FITNESS FACILITY DESIGN AND CONSULTATION:
Physical Performance provides the services of residential and commercial fitness facility design, consultation, and implementation. We will take our client's project from initial idea to complete facility by finding the most efficient, affordable, and intelligent solutions available.
